                       1. Order cut-off time for same business day dispatch is 11:00 AM British Summer Time.    

                        2. There is no expedited shipping service available for orders outside the United Kingdom. 



1.    We will not accept responsibility for loss or damage if you instruct the delivery company to leave the goods unattended.

2.    After failed deliveries attempts (or if you are not at home for signed for delivery) the goods may be return to the warehouse after 18 calendar days of the delivery attempt, we reserve the right to charge you an additional re-delivery charge.

3.    All days mentioned above are business days excluding national holidays (Bank Holidays).

4.    All light items are eligible for free shipping UK.

5.    All orders placed before 11:00 AM GMT are processed and dispatched the same day.

6.    Please note that there is no expedited shipping service available for delivery of heavy items.

7.    In case of Next Day shipping service, if your item is not delivered next day unexpectedly, please let us know and we’ll reimburse the extra shipping costs.

International Shipping:

Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Packing slips for International Shipments cannot be marked as a "gift" or with altered prices.

Return Policy:

Returns—Customs, Duties, Taxes & VAT

Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original domestic and international shipping charges. Additionally, we cannot refund customs, duties, taxes, VAT or tariffs. In special cases, if you are returning a purchase, you may be eligible for a refund of a portion or all of the duties and taxes from your local customs office. Contact to local customs office directly for details.

No return or exchange for mouth guards and groin guards.

1.    If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase form upto 14 days from the date of purchase, simply return your order. We reserve the right to decline or an exchange if products are returned damaged or not in a resalable condition. you must return the item in original packing with all tags.

2.    We do not refund any delivery cost if you return an item because you no longer need it, we will only return the item cost.

In case of Exchange.

1.    The Purchase can be exchange for different size or color for the same purchase. You have 14 days to exchange the item from the date of purchase. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges both ways in case of exchange.

2.    If the exchange is necessary, this will be arranged without unreasonable delay. Replacement goods will not be dispatched until the original goods have been received at our warehouse and checked.

In case of Faulty goods.

1.    If  there is a problem with the goods, Please notify us by email or in writing providing details of the problem. Its is helpful if you provide us with a digital photograph of the problem as this normally saves you having to return the goods for inspection. We will deal with this matter in accordance with your legal rights.

2.    If an item is no longer available we will offer an alternative. However our liability will be to replace the faulty goods only and we are unable to guarantee the exact match. In this instance you will have the option of a refunds.

3.    We are unable to guarantee and the exact color match due to the nature of the product.
